Teresa L. Matthews, FNP-C

Our company is owned by a full time Family Nurse Practitioner.  Our founder, Teresa Matthews, is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed in the state of Delaware.  She is a Clinical Nurse Specialist Advanced Practice Nurse in Health Promotion and Wellness, and holds full prescriptive authority for both designations.  She received her Post-Masters Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana State University.  She received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing from Wesley College in Dover, Delaware.  She is certified through the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurses Organization and is highly regarded as a Wound Specialist throughout the mid-atlantic states.  She provides Continuing Education for nurses on various wound care topics that are certified for continuing education credits through the Delaware Nurses Association. She has taught Nursing School undergraduates, and displays her holistic philosophies of healing at every opportunity.  As a pain management specialist, Teresa incorporates a comprehensive plan of health and believes in the power of caring.  She lives in Milford with her husband, William Matthews, who also serves as the Director of Operations for the company.  She is the proud mom of two children. Her son resides in Philadelphia where he earned his Masters Degree in Psychology from Drexel University.  Her daughter lives in California and plans to attend Humboldt State University, where she is preparing for a career in Marine Research.

Nicole Lachman, AGNP-C

Nicole lives with her family in Middletown, Delaware.  She obtained her Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University and is wound care certified.  She has several years of long term care administrative experience.  Nicole has worked in all roles in long-term care, beginning as a C.N.A.  She is passionate about the elderly and strives to provide personal, outstanding care. She currently serves in a supervisory role as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Tissue Viability for Advanced Healing.  Within the practice Nicole overseas education and training for new hires while enjoying the complexity of wound rounds within several facilities in Delaware.

Barbar Harris Sartell, EdD, ANP-BC

Dr. Barbara Sartell is a full Professor at Wilmington University in the Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Leadership graduate programs. She has a BSN from The University of Maryland, her MSN from The University of Delaware, her Doctorate in Education from Wilmington University and her post Masters NP Certificate from Wilmington University. She a Board Certified {AACN} Adult Nurse Practitioner.  Barbara is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Tissue Viability for Advanced Healing.  She lives in Maryland with her husband and menagerie of animals. She has two grown children, the oldest in Veterinary Medical School, the youngest at Stanford University.
